BIO

Georgia Yilton (pen name) studied architecture in New Zealand and urbanism in Germany. She believes that architecture shapes communities, evokes resonance of forms in history, and stimulates social and aesthetic responsibilities in search for the future programme of a comprehensive built environment. And lately, so does crafting stories in the digital world. Yilton has painted a cast of beastie characters to connect, to entertain, and to (hopefully) inspire a larger audience instantly via the Web. The illustrated short fiction of Georgia Yilton and the Magic Journal is her first attempt to steer away from solid bricks and mortar.

Yilton currently lives and works in the United Kingdom.
